Michael Chilvers is currently the Operations & Compliance Directory for Willis (Bermuda) Ltd., one of the largest professional services firms specializing in risk management. In this role Michael is responsible for strategic planning, project management and implementation of IT infrastructure in Bermuda. This also involves ensuring the Bermuda office conforms to Global Best Practices, developing, monitoring and implementing policies as required.
